You can check the delivery status at any time. The past transport route can also be traced. With MBC Logistics you can, for example, check where your goods are now, when they were picked up and when they are expected to be delivered.
Tracking your shipment with us as your freight forwarder enables constant monitoring of your shipment. As a contractor, we can check during transport at what time the package was at which location and plan the transport accordingly. Tracking the shipment also serves to protect against theft and disappearance of the goods. The entire supply chain can be tracked and verified.
In the case of customer enquiries, tracking the goods is also advantageous as we are always able to provide information on the location and delivery time of the goods. As a customer, you always have certainty of where the shipment is and when it will arrive.
